A relatively short drive takes one to Cape Town and the V&A Waterfront while it is even closer to other attractions such as the Table Mountain cableway, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and the Constantia Wine Route. It is also convenient to do all the popular day tours such as the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, the Cape Winelands, the Hermanus coastal route and the West Coast from here.

A full range of conveniences such as gymnasiums, shops, laundries, restaurants, banking and more are available. Tours and transfer facilities are quite readily available which means that it is practical to get along without hiring a car. You will have direct access to the City Sightseeing Tourist Bus and the Municipal bus service.
